The answer is simple. All four entities are locally owned and family run by two full generations

of the Madison family. With a calling to healthcare more than 40 years ago, Dana Madison, DNP, MBA, BSN, RN and her husband Ronnie, MBA, BSME began their focus in building businesses to best serve the west Texas and panhandle areas. Success was found and now continues with the second generation of all three Madison sons. We thought it important for you to know each of the family members and their specific focus:

Dana Madison is Owner and Administrator of Amarillo’s BSA Compassion Home Health and

Lubbock’s newly opened Compassion Home Health Care.

Ronnie Madison serves as Owner and Chief Financial Officer for all companies.

Their sons have followed as second generation. Russell Madison is Vice President of Business Development for both Home Health Care companies; Bradley Madison is Administrator of the Personal Care Services side through Compassion At Home and Compassion Personal Care Services. Michael Madison serves as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for all companies.
